In Home Personal training sessions are 60 minutes long. I come to you in your home. We use your gear or I can bring gear.
I wanted to make fitness as easy as possible for people to incorporate into their lives, and in-home training is the best way to do it. Gym’s are a waste of time and money. With proper design, an excellent workout can be had with very little space and minimal equipment.
If your fitness goal is weight loss we will analyze your diet and make small changes to your daily in-take.
Single participant sessions are $80
Double participant sessions are $100
PARENTS: your children can hang around during your training session. I have trained many parents in their homes with children bouncing around. I have two rambunctious boys myself. I let you know this so your children are not the excuse.
